Bruce Francis, President

Bruce began his career in aviation at age 20. He has flown over 35,000 hours in 45 years. He holds licenses as a private, commercial, and multi-engine airline transport pilot, with a certified flight instructor rating in all of these. Additionally, he has in excess of 15 jet type ratings and has held the position of Federal Aviation Administration designated flight examiner and pilot proficiency examiner in several transport category jet aircraft. His career has been incident and accident free.

Bruce owns seven independent companies which employ more than fifty people. The companies include retail, brokerage, manufacturing and service businesses.

Bruce resides on his farm in the Plainfield, Illinois area.

Jim Buchanan, Chief Pilot

Jim began his aviation career in the Marine Corps. He has flown over 13,000 hours. He is licensed as a private, commercial and multi-engine airline transport pilot with certified flight instructor ratings in all of these. He holds 8 jet type ratings. His career has been incident and accident free. In addition to his flight duties, Jim is responsible for crew training and maintenance coordination.

Meg Kubbins, Vice President

Meg has a background in finance and accounting. During her 13 years of aviation-related work, she has held positions as Director of Operations and Chief Dispatcher. She has written and maintained programs for anti-drug and alcohol abuse mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration. She successfully wrote the application and business plan for an airline operating certificate and maintained the regulatory reports.
